Open Settings, then Integrations, and type the domain you own.
Copy one TXT record for verification, plus an A record and two CNAME records, into Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap or any provider.
Keio checks each record and issues an SSL certificate once they resolve. This can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours.
Sign-in links and emails switch to your domain. Your old Keio address can redirect there automatically.
Use hr.yourcompany.com for the portal or office.yourcompany.com for the dashboard. Any name works.
Use only the root domain, only a subdomain, or all three.
Every address gets an SSL certificate. No certificate files to upload.
Disconnect the domain in Settings and your team goes back to the Keio address.
